Auctioneers Note: We are starting up a Friday Evening Sale at our building each Friday evening beginning at 5:00 PM each night. The Preview and Buyer Registration will begin at 4:00 PM. We allready have sellers booked for the first few sales, however if you have good useable merchandise you would like to sell at our Auction House please give me a call or send me an E-mail and I will be happy to get you on our calender as soon as Possible.
We will be posting Our Auctions on Auctionzip and will be Posting Photos and a Partial Listing when the information is made available to by our sellers on Mondays of The Sale Week.
We will also be doing some Cash Drawings.
We at Hall Auction and Realty have been in the Auction Business for over 20 years, and have been doing sales in our Gallery Building in Traphill since the Summer of 2002. We Primarily have catered to the Antiques and Collectibles Market since our begining and still have a passion for that Kind of Merchandise. However we will not be limiting our sale to only that kind of merchandise. I want this Sale to be a Sale where a Person can attend week after week and enjoy themselves whether they are buying or selling. We are offering a Pick-up Service for a Nominal fee to those folks that do not have the means to haul their own goods. We will be continuing to clean out Homes weekly and alot of the merchandise that we will be offering will be from Local Estates. We are doing our Weekly Sale on Friday's so that we will still be able to have our Usual Estate Sales on Saturdays as always. We will still be doing some Special Sales at Our Auction Gallery from time to time including our Regular Firearms and High End Antiques Sales.....
Terms: We will continue to Accept Master Card and Visa with an 8% Buyers Premium and we will be offering a 3% Discount to persons paying with cash or approved check. All sales are Final with everything selling as/is where/is without warranties Expressed or Implied. It is the Responsibility of the Buyer(s) to Inspect the merchandise Prior to/ and or During The Auction. Once an Item Has Sold it Becomes the Property of the Buyer and you are urged to safegaurd it. Everything must be paid for in Full on day of The Sale. Items left at the Auction House will be Sold at The Next Auction unless arrangments have been made. Arrangments can be made to pick up merchandise on Monday.
