Everything at Hall Auction and Realty Company
sells as/is, without any expressed or
implied warranties. All personal property must
be paid for in full on the day of sale. We
accept cash, master card, visa, and local checks,
if accompanied with a valid photo ID. All
auctions will be conducted on the dates and
times as advertised and will not be left open
for further bidding, with the exception of
judicial sales. Real estate buyers will be
required to pay a non-refundable earnest money
down payment on the day of the sale, (posted on
each auction under the terms), with the balance
due at closing, not to exceed 30 days. Any and
all inspections that constitute a condition of
sale must be made prior to the auction. In most
cases Hall Auction and Realty Company are agents of
the
seller. All properties will be shown by
appointment, unless an open house is posted. We
